1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SlideCue, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use SlideCue on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use SlideCue. Questions can be sent to casahama@gmail.com.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for your account, login sessions, uploaded files, generated content, credit purchases, and all activity that occurs through your account.

You must provide accurate account information, keep authentication methods secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Uploaded content and license

You retain rights to the documents, text, prompts, feedback, edits, and other content you submit to SlideCue.

You grant SlideCue a limited license to host, copy, parse, transform, transmit, display, and process your content as needed to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain the service.

You must not upload content that you do not have the right to process, content that violates law, content that infringes third-party rights, malicious files, regulated sensitive information you are not authorized to process, or content intended to abuse the service.

4. AI outputs and human review

SlideCue generates outlines, slide copy, charts, and PPTX drafts using AI systems. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific use case.

You are responsible for human review of all AI outputs before relying on them, presenting them, publishing them, sending them to customers, or using them to make decisions.

SlideCue does not provide legal, financial, medical, professional, or compliance advice.

5. Credits, purchases, and refunds

SlideCue uses credits for AI generation, editing, chart creation, and related actions. Credits are attached to the signed-in account that purchases or receives them.

Purchases may be processed through Stripe Checkout. Payment availability, tax handling, fraud checks, and payment method support may depend on Stripe and your payment provider.

If a paid generation or edit operation fails and no usable result is delivered, SlideCue may record a credit refund or reversal according to the product logic. Cash refunds, if any, are handled case by case and may depend on payment processor rules, legal requirements, and support review.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use SlideCue to violate law, infringe rights, generate deceptive or harmful content, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass rate limits or credits, resell access without permission, scrape or overload the service, or interfere with other users.

You must not use SlideCue outputs as a substitute for required professional judgment or required compliance review.

7. Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, limit, suspend, discontinue, or replace features of SlideCue. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk, causes payment issues, threatens service security, or exposes SlideCue or users to liability.

You may stop using SlideCue at any time. Some account, purchase, credit, security, and audit records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

SlideCue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect security, loss-free storage, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations.

You are responsible for backing up important source documents and reviewing exported files before use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SlideCue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SlideCue total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to SlideCue for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event that caused the claim.

10. Contact and updates

Contact casahama@gmail.com with questions about these terms, billing issues, account access, or publication review.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of SlideCue after updates means you accept the updated terms.
