This Privacy Policy explains how SlideCue collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the document-to-presentation service.

SlideCue
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. Scope

This policy applies to SlideCue, including the public website, sign-in flows, document upload workflow, AI presentation generation, credits, purchase history, and account pages.

All localized routes currently display this English policy. If a translated version is later provided, the English version should be treated as the controlling draft unless the translated version says otherwise.

2. Information we collect

Account information, such as your name, email address, avatar, account identifier, authentication provider, and session state.

Google sign-in information, when you choose that method, including the profile information Google returns to SlideCue for authentication.

WeChat or Miaojing login information, when you choose that method, including login status, channel, verification details, and identifiers needed to complete the sign-in flow.

Technical request data, such as IP address, User-Agent, locale preference, cookies required for authentication or language selection, timestamps, device/browser details, and security logs.

User content, including uploaded source files, parsed document text, headings, extracted metadata, AI prompts needed to provide the service, AI-generated content, slide outlines, charts, edit requests, and feedback you submit while using the product.

Credits and purchase records, including credit balance, ledger entries, package selections, purchase status, Stripe Checkout session identifiers, payment confirmation data, refund records, and related audit history.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, keep sessions secure, parse uploaded documents, generate presentation drafts, export editable PPTX files, maintain task history, provide credit balances, process purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests.

We also use technical logs and usage events for service reliability, fraud prevention, security monitoring, accounting, audit, compliance, and product debugging.

4. Uploaded files, generated results, and retention

Uploaded source files are stored in Alibaba Cloud OSS and are scheduled for deletion after 15 days.

Parsed text, generated results, task history, credit ledger entries, and purchase records may be retained for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve user history, investigate failures, maintain accounting and audit records, enforce our Terms of Service, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Deleting a source file from storage does not automatically delete generated slides, task metadata, credit records, purchase records, or technical logs that are needed for the purposes described above.

5. Third-party processors and disclosures

We use service providers to operate SlideCue. These may include Google for Google sign-in, WeChat or Miaojing for login, Stripe for checkout and payment processing, OpenAI compatible AI services for generation, Alibaba Cloud OSS for uploaded source file storage, and database or hosting providers for application infrastructure.

We may disclose information to service providers under appropriate processing terms, to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our terms, to protect users and the service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets involving SlideCue.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. SlideCue stores checkout identifiers, purchase status, and accounting records, but does not intentionally store full card numbers.

6. AI processing

SlideCue sends the content needed for generation to OpenAI compatible AI service providers. This may include uploaded document text, outline instructions, edit requests, chart instructions, and generation context.

AI outputs may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it in presentations, business decisions, or external communications.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account data, uploaded content, generated results, purchase records, and logs. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

You should protect your login credentials, use trusted devices, and contact us promptly if you believe your account or generated content has been accessed without authorization.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact casahama@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or support related to your account information, uploaded content, generated history, credits, or purchase records.

Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, audit, compliance, dispute resolution, or service integrity.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as SlideCue changes. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, product interface, or another appropriate channel.
